Originally from New York and a graduate of Syracuse University, Frank brings a practical, strategic approach to real estate and a strong understanding of what it takes to successfully market and sell a home.

Before entering real estate in Florida, Frank owned rental property in Upstate New York, giving him experience with real estate from both the ownership and investment sides. Today, he serves as Broker and Co-Founder of Sun Cay Real Estate.

Frank’s approach to selling homes starts with understanding the property, the competition, and the buyers most likely to purchase it. He believes successful listings require more than simply putting a home on the MLS. Pricing, presentation, photography, marketing, buyer behavior, showing activity, feedback, and changing market conditions all play a role.

When a home isn’t getting the response it should, Frank wants to understand why and adjust the strategy rather than simply wait for the market to change.

His knowledge of Tampa Bay and extensive network throughout the area also allow him to connect clients with the people and resources needed throughout a transaction.

Frank co-founded Sun Cay Real Estate with a simple goal: to build a brokerage that does things differently. Clients receive experienced representation, personal attention, straightforward communication, and a strategy tailored to their individual needs and goals.
